Meetings are held on the first Wednesday evening of each month from September to June at Preston Mennonite Church hall, 791 Concession Road in Cambridge. All meetings include sharing, discussion and refreshments, in addition to a guest speaker, a group activity, or a dinner. Meetings are well attended and begin at 7:00 pm, usually wrapping up at around 8:30 pm. Members unable to attend monthly meetings are kept up to date on Stroke Recovery news through the Association's newsletter Thrive, mailed out to the entire membership list and to community agency partners.
